We recently migrated our Android application from native to unity. However, some users have sent us support feedback that the app doesn't run on their device, because their "hardware is not supported by this application". One such device is the Z987, ZTE Grand X Max+. I thought it might have to do with Nvidia Tegra 2, but this device uses 1.2 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 400 MSM8926. Other devices include the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Any thoughts? We are trying to get more information from these users, and we are using the latest patch, 5.3.4p4.

It appears the issue with the ZTE Grand X Max+ users was related to the Graphics API. OpenGLES2 was enabled, but not OpenGLES3. However, Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge users are still experiencing issues with the app not launching. Any thoughts? I see there is a new patch, but I don't see any related fixes.

I was able to get a stack trace from a user with a Samsung Galaxy S7:
