Samsung Device Black screen After App launch

    We have a strange issue. We have a Unity 3D app which works fine on all devices. But only for Samsung Devices with Android 10, it shows black screen. It renders black screen only for everything. Has anyone faced this issue? Do we have any solution? The app was published yesterday and now it is a cause of concern for us.

    Just had one report of this today, no solutions yet unfortunately.
    Using Unity 2019.4.0 with URP

    Did you find out anything more?

    Our solution turned out to be simple.

    Uninstall and reinstall the app.
