    Hello!

I have an asset and I want to put two different samples inside it: for Unity4 & Unity5.
Could you offer me what should I do? How can I organize the asset structure? Does AssetStore have some rules or practices for that? Or maybe you've seen good sample?

    Thank you very much

Add in two Asset Packages, one for Unity 4 and one for Unity 5. The users can then use which one they like.

Thank you, but it is not a free packages. I guess if the customer is paid he should get 100% of all package features. And what if he get unity4 package and then upgraded his unity to unity 5?

Inside your asset, for samples, provide two asset packages which they can unpack as they like. For example, MasterAudio has various asset packages inside its plugin for Third Party integration. Users just unpack them if they need to use them. Same principle.

What you should do is upload the project in Unity 4, where it contains only Unity 4 samples. Then upload the project again in Unity 5, where it contains only Unity 5 samples. Customers with Unity 4 will get the correct version, same for customers with Unity 5.

I have no association with developer of uTomate other than being a satisfied customer. It's a great tool to automate tasks like this. It may take a little while to set it up to automatically assemble project versions for Unity 4 and Unity 5, but the time investment will pay for itself whenever you submit updates. It also provides nice peace of mind to know that the process is automated so you don't risk forgetting to select something manually.
