I have imported the same asset scene on different Unity versions and suddenly my graphics looks very different. Why? Can someone explain it to me?
I had a project with Unity 2022, but I need it to be on 2021, so...

    Unity 2022, built-in render - good picture.
Unity 2021, built-in render - worse and bluish.

Can I change settings in 2021 to achieve 2022's picture quality or Unity did some internal changes that I can't change?

    Maybe press generate lighting?
Do you use any post processing?
Are the lights in the scene the same?

    I did, nothing changes.
    No.
Yes. The same scene from one asset.

Are the settings of the directional light in the scene the same?

Also check the environment lighting settings on the environment tab of the lighting window.

On the fox (?) specularity seems to be higher, so maybe one is linear workflow and the other one gamma workflow?
Also check whether the color space in project settings->player->other settings is linear or gamma.

Could also have something to do with fog.
