Unity doesn't mark them with the Sale badge and their update gets lost in the daily batch of submissions.

That's why I developed a Bot that is constantly scouting the Store and automatically finds ALL the deals for you.

I just created a new twitter account (@i2sales).
The I2Bot will now automatically gather every few hours, all the latest Sales and creates an image showing a few of them.
I hope that will allow developers to easily see what's new, and if any of those assets are useful to them, without getting constant spams every time a new sale is up.

I'd assume the point is to prevent one person from hogging the front page.

Normally on a forum, there is a discussion happening. People talking back and forth in text. Threads like this where the primary poster is the thread owner, are frowned upon especially if the posts are too frequent. Since this thread is for you to post affiliate links, it's almost like a marketing thread which is even more against the spirit of a forum.

Don't get me wrong: I'm not complaining. I love this thread and visit every day. I just don't have much reason to post a response and prove that this thread provides utility. My advice is do exactly what hippocoder requests. Limit your posts to once a day. See if you can design your posts with more links in a single post.

The Starfighter is a single-seat, multirole fighter, that excels at interception and escort missions. The cockpit is completely detachable and doubles as a maneuverable escape pod, essentially a mini spaceship. A number of animations are included, providing abilities such as the folding out or retracting of landing gears, the folding of the wings and more.

This asset is quite detailed and created with an eye towards current and next-generation needs in the gaming, VR and real-time film spaces.
While not specifically advertised as a modular asset, the Starfighter is built from and provided as 10 parts:
* main + interior + main landing gears
* front + interior and front landing gear
* back + interior
* wings + interior
* escape pod
Each of those 10 parts has its own texture-set and material.
Having the inside parts separated allows you to not render them, if you choose to have the front and back parts attached. This saves texture memory and avoids rendering unnecessary polygons.
At the same time it's giving you the flexibility to get more out of the asset as well as giving us the flexibility to extend the asset in the future.
Materials for The Starfighter are provided in form of substance .sbsar files, which contain procedural materials allowing for significant customization. Default Materials using Unity's standard shader are also supplied. All materilas are utilizing PBR.

How to use
Camera and lighting are ready. So just place Cyclorama and Stands into 0, 0, 0 position. Then place Your Model on Stand. You're almost done, all You have to do is take screenshot. If You do not mind, You may also Build Scene and run exe to get better resolution.
You can use only background object (which by the way is called Cyclorama or Cyc Wall) with included materials. It gives you smooth gradients in the background.
If you would like to place your model on something - just go to prefabs and pick one which you feel would be nice.
For scene to look more styled, try same material for stand And cyclorama.
There are stands made specifically for Aircrafts and Ships, while other may be used for ground vehicles, characters and architecture. And since it is possible to scale stands, they can be used with other genres.

Deploying troops,

Unit selection & movement,
Click and drag with your mouse to create a rectangle and select troops in the arena. By clicking right mouse button, you can move the selected troops around.
Enemy wave spawning,
A wave spawner is included to spawn the enemies. You can control waves in enemy size and duration, and increase the enemy count after every wave.
UI panels,
The kit includes game UI, like castle strength, surrender button and unit selection scrollrect. It also includes some basic ‘Start’, ‘Victory’ and ‘Fail’ panels.

VAO is a variant of SSAO that calculates occlusion from the volume of occluding geometry around given point making it very realistic and close to ray-traced solutions (note that geometry complexity does not affect performance). Occlusion is artifact-free and shape of the occlusion shadows does not change when moving the camera making the effect suitable for dynamic scenes. Our adaptive sampling and downsampled pre-pass optimizations (recently published in our paper) don't waste processing time on areas with little or no occlusion - using saved processing power to make the effect even more detailed where needed. We have fine-tuned the algorithm to work equally well for both interior and exterior scenes, so you can enjoy this effect in many types of projects. You can give occlusion shadows a color tint to match desired atmosphere or make use of color bleeding feature for even more believable result. VAO provides option to remove occlusion from bright areas using versatile and easily controllable function. Now also implemented with optimizations for VR devices (including SPSR) - you can take immersion experience of your customers to the new level. We put great care to development and also to our customer service. We always listen to your needs and many of the features were added as a result of our customers requests.
