Runtime Timeline-esque Timeline

    Does anyone here have any tips on how to create a Timeline (not using the Unity Timeline) like UI element with ticks placed in such a way that, lets say, if I were to run a "track head" over time it'd land on the appropriate tick(s) (Tick = Second || Milisecond, etc)? And how would one enable snapping and placing of objects on this "Timeline" any suggestion and examples\references would be greatly appreciated!
