    Hello!
I am combining a human with a bike using the animation rigging package and everything was working fine then I noticed that when my Hip IK's weight is 1 it seems to reduce the weight on my hand Ik because they no longer lock solidly to the target. But in the inspector, it still shows a weight of one.
This was working fine, but I was redoing the object and now it seems to no longer be working and I can not figure out why. (gif showing the issue is attached)

I tried recreating the object in hopes it would fix itself, but it still does the same thing and I am lost as to why the hand targets stop working as expected when my hip weight is 1.

Figured it out: Was the ordering of objects in the rig hierarchy, forgot that that matters.
