running the web player on a thin client

    Hi all,

    I just wanted to know if anyone knew if the fact that a client's system is a thin client system run from a central server precludes the use of the Unity3d web player?

    Depends on the central server, his gpu capabilities and the network throughput if it has problems pushing through reasonable framerates (as they are not needfully aimed at 60hz but at 'office usable rates')

    But normally the answer would be yes for any reasonable usage as such infrastructures don't come fully packed with dedicated SM2+ hardware for all users
