Run app in the Desktop, Like Shimeji App

    I want to know if is possible to do something like Shimeji Desktop, run the app into the Windows/Android desktop

    [Unity 3D - Game Engine]

    You Cant Run Your App Like That Unity Will just Open its window and show your shimeji into window you cant do this and if you minize it nope nothing will happen :|
