I've submitted the app to the Tizen Store and passed validation but the tester couldn't start the application. Also, using the RTL on the Z1/Z3 using 2.4 and the app installs but will not open. I'm stumped as to why it's not opening.

Could you get the device log from the devices?

I'll post the device log soon, I have to fire it up. Is there any way to slow it down it seems to fill up really quickly with all the info. I don't want to post uncessary info.

Don't worry, you can post the whole thing. I'll sift through it all.

Interesting. Is there a way to get crash logs on the RTL? It looks like there should be one.

I have no idea. This is my first time using RTL. Checking the FAQ/Manual now.

Nothing according to the RTL manual on application crash logs just the logs that they use already.

I haven't used the RTL myself but if it's like a device try going into the Settings app, choose Developer Options and then Crash Logs. If this works you'll see a list of crash logs.

    Fingers crossed.

Looks like you can get the crash log!

You may need to enable the developer option first on the test device. Open the Phone app, enter *#84936# then enable the option. After that you can go into Settings to find the logs. Don't forget to turn it back off when you're done.
