Bug RTHandles Texture creation failed

    After implementing the RTHandle system in a 2022.1.16f1 (URP 13.1.8) RenderFeature we get the following error's when the material passed to
    Blitter.BlitCameraTexture
    has a texture assigned to its _MainTex field.

    The errors occur when pressing play, or any time the 'Select Texture' dialog is opened, although the scene view appears to Blit with the RTHandles correctly.

    At first I believed this was just an editor issue, which I mostly ignore, but now that it's affecting runtime and builds, I believe it is better mentioned here in Graphics than in the editor subforum.

    Edit: Added another related error message that appears with the above 2, now every 'tick'. This came after I changed the renderer of my camera from Default to one of my URP pipelines. Changing it back to default has no effect and the error spam persists...

    Texture creation failed. 'None' is not supported for Render usage on this platform. Use 'SystemInfo.IsFormatSupported' C# API to check format support.
