Question RTGI DiffuseDenoiser breaking in low light/high contrast environments

    Hi guys,

    I've been running into this issue the past few days when using ray traced global illumination in low light scenes. It seems to denoise the 'bright' areas correctly, but introduces noise in the 'dark' areas. Is this perhaps something that can be improved by computing a different weight for the samples in DiffuseDenoiser?

    If you cycle between these images using your arrow keys, you'll notice the bucket gets denoised correctly, but noise gets introduced in all other areas.
