Rotate tool missing from Rect Tool when editing UI

    Hey folks,

    I have an issue where the rotate cursor/tool is no longer showing when using the Rect Tool to transform UI elements. Previously when hovering the cursor outside of one of the scale handles I'd get a rotate cursor which I could use to rotate the element; this cursor no longer shows.

    Is there something I may have accidentally toggled to hide the cursor and prevent rotation, or any steps you know that I could try to get it back again? This problem has been with me through several Unity versions now...

    Sadly no :(. I've since switched to a new machine and thankfully it works there.

    Its all about this little button next to the RectTransform
