Rotate steering wheel

    I'm working an a vr game where you have to steer a ship by moving the wheel so i want to translate the rotation of the wheel to the rudder but divide it by 4 so that when i turn the wheel 360 degrees the rudder only turns 90. but when i try this the rudder will only move in 1 direction.
