Root Transform of scene

    Hi,

    To my knowledge, it is impossible to move an entire scene's position without reparenting it wholly under one transform (which is not a good idea).

    It also cannot be done when objects are static on the scene.

    I think having such a feature to specify the root position of a scene before it is loaded would improve the way big world creation would go including solving floating point issues and lightmap baking,

    Or does such a feature exist already?
