Roll a ball tutorial problem

Hi

I am following the roll a ball tutorial:

http://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials/projects/roll-a-ball/moving-the-player

in the script where he says to add "rigidbody.addforce," it doesn't work. addforce doesn't show up in intellisense, and it doesn't work when I compile. Anyone else have this problem?
