Hi All, we have some rigid bodies that spawn and fly out in the world, but sometimes they stop moving on the ground but are sitting up at a weird angle with only one corner or edge of the box collider touching the ground.

Can anybody think what we might be doing wrong. Its like the physics system thinks they are done moving but they have not come to a complete rest.

    - How far out do they land? If it's thousands of units away it can give physics issues
    - do they land on a flat surface? (Maybe add a screenshot)

The thing you're describing is sleep threshold which is a parameter in your Project Settings -> Physics. Could it be that someone just input some numbers in your Physics settings? It's possible to "factory reset" all Physics from Reset button here.

You can see if the Rigidbody is sleeping or not from the Rigidbody inspector, the grey values.
