Right "tap" on Timeline keyframes does nothing. Mac Trackpad

In the animation editor I can right click (two finger tap) and convert the type of keyframe between handle types, etc. But there's nothing happening on a right click done by double tap functionality in Timeline on keyframes.

However, holding down the control key, and single tapping on the same keyframes in Timeline Panels does reveal this menu.

Is this a bug or something else?

Where should I be writing/reporting something like this?
