Bug rigging is buggy, offset get compounded with root position and rotation IN-36402

    offset = 0,0,0 all is good
    offset != 0 then the constrained object started drifting as zero position changes if root isn't at zero pos and rot

    Come on guys, dust off your Softimage programmers, they solved this double transform stuff 30 years ago.
