Rigging Character for VRChat?

    hi! I'm super super new to Unity, VR, and VRChat so please keep that in mind and sorry if this is confusing-

    I want my character to be animated in VRChat, specifically eye movements and blinking - is that possible? Or would the animation only be possible if I'm in game mode in Unity? in either case, would the blinking be at a random interval that I set? I am specifically trying to animate this guy: https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/3d/characters/humanoids/humans/man-in-a-suit-51662

    According to the asset store, he already comes with rigged eyes, however I can't figure out how to set that up in Unity. I have basic knowledge of state machines, but I could only get this character to do random poses and nothing with his eyes/face. Tutorials/other resources are more than welcome on this, but my main question is if this will translate over into VRChat.
