Looking For Contributor rigger needed

I ask first in the free section, in case somebody sees my request is easily feasible and/or wishes to help by heart (I may anyway exchange the favor with modeling/texturing). I need to decently rig my 3d person character(s) (sorry, Mixamo sucks).
Ask also in case you would apply for a pay.

(I'm very skeptic: many days, many views, no contacts... Is this "community" sleeping/defunct or what?).
