    I have a 2 models, i need to transfer the bones from one to the other is it possible...3ds max 2013

    Any help would be awesome

    I don't use Max, but I'm sure it is possible. It would involve re-rigging the skeleton though most likely, unless you are using some sort of automatic thing.

    Wide open question really.
    Are the models similar? Do they have same vertex counts?
    If they are different you can try skin wrap - which would keep from having to re-rig - and the modifier can be converted to skin with one button click. Some jiggering will be required with the settings to get the vertex weight blending looking good - but its a big time saver compared to re-rig and skin. Ive never tried skin wrap on a complete character.

    There are several other ways as well saving a bip file, creating a character assembly and saving out the skin data from one object and applying it to the second object. But if vertex count is different it takes some experience to get it to work.
