    <RI.Hid> Failed to create device file:
    2 The system cannot find the file specified.

    I've been getting this error constantly since the last unity update. Googling indicates that people have gotten this error because they had some input stuff plugged in, but I do not. What is this error? I realize its just log spam, but I hate log spam because I often use the log to debug stuff.

    Anyway to get rid of it for good, give it the ol' dirt nap, or send it on a nice date with some fishes?

    I got the same error with the latest build and with a new 2D project. What to do?

    An update from my end: I don't get this error anymore. I don't know why, or what happened to fix it, but it no longer occurs. I'm on 5.2.3f1
