[RFC] github mirror repository

I raise the github topic again. It was discussed in another thread, but I cannot find it. The major blocker for setting up a github repo is that unity-dev already has an internal git repo, and perhaps features and workflows integrated with it.

The downside for this, each time the new release breaks something, I don't know what caused it without commits and messages. I'm too lazy to save each AAS version into a directory and diff version changes to figure out why.

If unity-dev can setup a github mirror repo, and disable the issue, wiki features. It won't break any unity-dev internal process. And it will be happier to merge community pull requests.
