Rewarded ads do not generate a reward

The monetization system 3.0 works well for me in the editor of Unity but it does not give me the reward when I see the announcements in the tests that I do in the mobile. this is normal? Do I have to try a closed alpha in the play console to check that it works correctly?
and if this is so I imagine that I will have to uncheck test mode of the Ads panel of the Services window and not if also in the DashBoard. This is so?
