When I export or sync from Revit I get an error

When its loading I get the following message

This was working fine earlier it just started happening. I tried reinstalling Reflect

See if it makes a difference if you start a new project before exporting?

Thanks Quintus. I tried that. I also tried stopping and restarting the service.

The Reflect viewer now won't log in on my machine.

I installed the Reflect viewer on a colleagues machine and it works fine on their machine.

Nothing changed on my machine between it working and not working. I was just syncing between Revit and the viewer.

I have uninstalled the viewer and cleaned the registry, rebooted my machine and still having the above problem.

@dandeery Looks like there's an error when cleaning or migrating the local storage. Can you send an email to reflect-support@unity3d.com with those screenshots? We'll be able to follow-up and ask a few extra questions about logs, etc

This issue is now sorted. Thanks to Sam Jones from Unity support. See solution below

While I haven't seen this particular issue with the lates Reflect Version I know in the past sync server issues could sometimes be resolved by deleting the contents of this folder:
    C:\ProgramData\Unity\Reflect\ServerStorage
