Question Retargeting to humanoid rig creates root motion

    I have retargeted animations to the humanoid rig and I have retargeted the CC3+ character to the humanoid rig. However, now there is a root motion that adds up after each loop and the character is moving away from the center. This is not the case with the generic rig.

    It could be that the model from which the animation is coming is not optimal for this.
    The hip is called "root_joint" in the model (see screenshot).

    Can anybody give me advice on how I can get rid of the compounding root motion?
