Restart Requiered to play a game

The first start alway freeze when I try to run the game ( any of my projects ) but when I restart and remove the "Temp" folder it works perfectly.

Also sometimes I cannot drag my prefabs to the project, it simply does nothing.

 

Btw.. I use latest version 5.3.1f1 Personal,

And it only uses 1 CPU of my quadcore, that's a problem cause it heats a lot and my battery run off really quick
