Responding "No thank you" to a job invite

    If you get an invitation to a job that you do not feel like you're the best fit for, there is no option to gracefully tell that to the employer. There are only "Accept" or "Skip" as options, and you can't send any message with the "Skip" option.

    A similar request: after connecting, if we find out we aren't really going to work together, could we "unconnect" or "archive" or something like that?
