Resize multiple selected clips on timeline

When selecting multiple clips on the timeline, is there a way to resize them and retain the proportions of the clips and their blends? This is what I would expect to happen when selecting multiple and dragging the edge, however it only resizes clip which is dragged, not all of them.

I often find myself wanting this when initially blocking out and iterating on tracked cinemachine vcams.
