Bug resize drag area in Unity UI is too wide.

    Unity still doing this eh? (2020.3) - large draggable bar area is overlapping 50% of draggable scroll bar.

    Bug always crushed as "this is to help tablet pc users" at the detriment to us mortals with a wacom. (this bug was introduced in Unity 2019)
