Unity UI Resizable side by side panels

    I want to build a UI for my game like this:



    1. this UI have two panel that stick together and there is no space between them. How can made this? I'm so confused using Layout Group and Layout Element....

    2. I want to change location of border between two panels during Play. User will drag the border with mouse and two panel change size in real time.

    Have you figured it out? I'm also trying two create a Panel outside my Canvas area so I can work on two panels at the same time.
