Resident Evil Like Kit

Hi, my dream has always been to make a 90s 3D video game in resident evil 1 style, is there any kit that allows you to create a game in that style?
If I were to commission the kit work in resident evil style, how much would it cost me?

 

Start with Unity tutorials or Youtube tutorials. There is no kit, but there are plenty of assets you can get from the asset store that look like they might belong in RE1.

 

Could you give me some example links of some similar asset? So just out of curiosity.
