Resetting the Scene Completely?

Hello!

I just completed the menu and i figured out when I enter the game and go back to main menu and pressing play again messes up my game. I want to load a fresh scene everytime I press Play.

Like my day/night time messes up, my level generation messes up. Is it possible to completely load full fresh scene like in editor. Because in editor everytime we press the play button its fresh.
