[Request] Unity Analytics event delivery configuration (mobile devices).

Hello,

I would like to request that Unity Analytics be given a configuration that would enable us to change how the event delivery is to be attempted (only over wifi or through any available connection).

In certain markets (pre-paid mobile subscribers) it would be nice to only send data when the user is connected over Wifi.

While the user is disconnected from Wifi, Unity Analytics would cache the data until a Wifi connection is available.
