[Request] Let us download any beta version that is/was available

After beta 5 released I've removed my old beta 4 just to find out that beta 5 is just unusable for me: https://forum.unity.com/threads/beta-5-recttransform-anchors-pivots-broken.515296/
I wanted to go back to beta 4 but it disappeared from the Hub so I had to download it manually.

@Charles_Beauchemin @superpig @AbrahamDUnity Could you guys consider an option to download old beta releases even after the new beta was released? (Remove all betas after official release arrives)

It would really help since there is always some bugs in the new releases so rolling back to the old beta would be just quicker and better for the users.
