Request for RSS Feeds for general releases

    Hi guys,

    I know there's RSS feeds for Patch releases, blog posts, and roadmap updates, but I noticed there's not an RSS feed for general releases of the engine, as well as for the Archives.

    Would it be possible to add these features to the website?

    I subscribed to the RSS and got a notification about 2017.4.2f2 with a link to this page:
    https://unity3d.com/unity/whatsnew/unity-2017.4.2

    Unfortunately, the page does not seem to contain any link where I can download this version. The two links at the top of the page point to some generic sites only.

    It would be very helpful if the page, that appears in my RSS feed, contains a (direct) download link to that specific version or a direct link to the page where I can download that specific version. Thank you in advance!

    Why not use the Unity Hub & skip having to download any installers at all? Seems like a much easier flow to me.

    It's easier if you download the installer for a specific version, store it on a server and ask your team to install it from there, versus asking everybody to update the correct version through Hub.

    Bumping thread. Any chance we can get the LTS Release RSS feed to updated with valid links for each release's details/read more page? https://unity3d.com/node/61345 doesn't go anywhere helpful.

    The link to Unity 2017.4.26f1 in the "LTS-Releases" feed points to:

    .. which displays an "Access denied, invalid credentials" message.

    The link to Unity 2017.4.26f1 in the "Unity Releases" feed points to:
    https://unity3d.com/unity/whats-new/2017.4.26

    ... which is the correct URL to download to this version.

    This issue goes on for a few months already. All recent links in the LTS-Releases feed are not working for me.

    The Unity Lts Releases feed still contains links to pages that display "Access denied, invalid credentials". I just clicked the 2018.4.3 feed entry, which points to https://unity3d.com/node/62683 and displays the error.

    @Sami_Zahran, just want to remind you that more than 3 years have passed since the message about incorrect links in RSS for LTS versions and it is still not fixed.

    Seems like something broke with https://unity3d.com/unity/releases.xml. I'm getting notifications for releases, that are already published every once in a while. This issue is happening since ~2 months, before everything was fine.

    Any news? All 3 still running RSS feeds (Beta, Full, LTS) update the timestamp of recent entries after a while. RSS clients perceive them as new. That is, if you clear the history duplicates are not visible.

    P.S. I noticed the post above. Maybe it's also because of the different "Authors".
