Request: Change Editor background colors

Hello,

I've been struggling with the pro design as it is so dark and some contrasts are not ideal.
Mostly disabled prefabs are incredibly hard to see the names of the gameobjects. It makes working in the Editor quite hard. (Especially if you have a 2 1/2K or 4K monitor setup)

I know I could switch to the "personal" style, but here at our firm this is not allowed, because we need to make sure that everyone is signed in to the pro version (obviosly).

I would love a way to set the default background color of the editor in the Colors section, so tha t the editor is not that dark anymore, much like the Play-Coloring. (You could make this a pro feature
