[Request] Add "recent" to windows task bar

    Hi,

    Might be interesting to add a "recent" list when right clicking the hub on windows taskbar, the editor has this feature and it is really useful and faster than opening the program then selecting the project, but it is missing in the hub.
    I know that we can open the projects directly by right clicking on the tray icon, but that only works if the hub is already running.
