Request: Add a "restart later" option for settings requiring editor restart.

Dear Unity Developers,

Some settings, mostly settings in the Player settings, require restarting the Unity Editor. More often than not, I want to change multiple settings that require a restart. For example, if I want to change the rendering API, enable the new Input System and enable Incremental GC, I have to restart 3 times in a row, which can become quite annoying when setting up a project. So therefore my request is to add a "Restart Later" option. And then create a button to restart the editor in the Player settings tab, without reverting my changes.
