Reproducing circle sun flares from Freelancer

Back in the days there were some fabulous flares with circles around the sun in Freelancer (2003). However, I am really struggling to find some complete flares' solution with this circle as all of them come without.

Could somebody share an advice?

Have you tried to search the asset store?

 

Yes. But they come without the circles needed."Sun Flares HDRP", which I bought, is the closest to what I am looking for, but the circle is still not bold and wide enough. But it seems it has to be edited manually, in something like Photoshop...
