Bug Repository and organization has gone missing! URGENT!

    Hello,

    We have been using PlasticSCM and successfully (but painfully) migrated over to Unity Version Control System and have been using it for a few months. When logging in today, myself and my team can not connect to the servers as shown in the desktop client and within the Unity Editor.

    When logging into the Unity DevOps dashboard, our organization no longer appears and our repository no longer exists. I also logged into the PlasticSCM website with no repository or other information to be found. The DevOps dashboard had an onboarding guide and banner asking me to create a UVCS Organization which I did and asked for credit card information. I did these steps but this created a completely empty organization and repository and doesn't link to the old one.

    Our team has years worth of work on our repo that we can no longer access. We were able to use UVCS normally a little over a week ago. EVERYTHING is gone and we can't work on our game.

    Things tried:
    • updating Version Control package in package manager from 2.0.4 to 2.0.5
    • multiple computers with multiple unity accounts tried logging in
    • check original PlasticSCM website dashboard

    As you probably know, there was a rebranding but the product is intenrally the same.

    If your client is not able to reach the server, please attach your Plastic client logs so we can debug the problem.
    C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\plastic4\logs

    What is your cloud organization name? What is the email owner of the cloud organization?
    You don't need to have UVCS Organization if you already have a Plastic Cloud legacy subscription.

    Checking, you cloud organization name, I was able to figure out your email and I can see the PlayFitment subscription was cancelled 6/11/2023 due to a not paid invoice.

    You should be able to pay for the pending invoice and re-enable the subscription at plasticscm.com --> Subscriptions.

    Hello. Thanks for checking into that. I haven't received any emails about a missing invoice. When logging into the PlasticSCM dashboard, I do not see a missing invoice either. Can you please re-send via the email chain?
