I am using a rendertexture as the texture in a rawimage UI component. A camera is rendering several objects with transparencies to this rendertexture. In the editor and on most mobile devices it looks perfect, but on a few mobile devices (iPad Mini and Samsung Galaxy S4) some of the objects viewed by the rendertexture camera are not rendered in the rendertexture on the RawImage.

The rendertexture is being created in runtime and assigned to the camera in runtime as well. The objects being rendered are a series of Quads and Meshes with Standard and Unlit/Transparent and Unlit/Color shaders. There are 14 objects, 10 of them render (the ones using the same meshes/materials and unlit/color shader) but the other objects don't render and the rawimage is transparent in those areas. I've tried changing the unrendered objects to use the same shader but it didn't do anything. The 10 meshes that are rendered all use the same material and mesh so they are probably 1 draw call and are the closest to the camera so they are probably rendered last.
