rendering über-large screenshots?

is there any way to render large images out of unity by script? i mean, sure, i can fullscreen the standalone app and take a screenshot (by code or otherwise) ... but what if i'd like to have a screenshot measuring something like 6000 x 4000 pixels? can i force the window to be larger somehow? (and will my graphics card render it "out of view"?)
