Rendering menu missing from Unity 2022 URP

    How do you create a URP Asset in Unity 2022 (1.0f1)? I've installed the Universal RP Package (13.1.8) but still no Create/Rendering/URP Asset menu option available.

    You can import samples from unity package manager
