Hi, hopefully this is the right place for this kind of message. Apologies in advance if not.

I'm building a simple falling block puzzle to build my skills and as a fun evening project. In the Unity editor, it looks like this - everything is fine: https://imgur.com/a/tV8EX4p

However, on Android, it looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/rT17OKF

There's some kind of problem with the large flat plane rendering, and shadows are mostly missing and what little shadowing there is is broken.

I have built several projects to this Android device, and all of the others are fine.

    Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

What's the device that you're using?
    Which version of Unity?

Hi. Thanks for replying and sorry for slow reply.

Unity version: 2018.3.8f1 (now), and 2018.3.0f2 (when you first asked) - both exhibit the same issue.
Device: Galaxy S8, latest stock firmware (Android 9 Pie G950FXXU4DSBA)

I built several other simple Unity projects that I made back on to my phone to provide more data:

Roll-A-Ball demo project - renders okay but some distant shadows are missing (most are okay so I'm guessing this is maybe an intentional performance optimisation?)

Another simple bouncing ball project I wrote - shadows are mostly missing.

Pretty glowing ball casting dynamic shadows project I wrote - shadows are fine! Funny, as the shadows in this project are much more complex and dynamic.

So, in short, some shadows are missing in other projects, but it's mainly just this new project that has serious issues with the visual corruption you can see in the screenshots as well as missing shadows.

    Thanks again!

Just to confirm that I got the chance to try this on a Google Pixel this evening and the artifacts were not there. What are the next steps here? Do I report a bug to Unity, Samsung, both or neither? Any advice appreciated, thanks.
