Rendering flower screen when Android starts

    The flower screen will disappear automatically after about 1 or 2 seconds, and it will be normal in the future.

    URP: 7.3.1
    Color space: linear
    Rendering API: OpenGLES3
    Android phone model: mi9 (https://www.mi.com/global/mi9)
    Unity: 2019.3.14f
