Feature Request Remove Mobile and HTML5 from quality settings

Should mobile and html5 quality settings be removed from the HDRP?

    I had some small confusion with the html5 and mobile quality settings in Unity with the HDRP, since they were at higher quality settings than PC. I even opened a bug report because this is weird behaviour.
    I got back that mobile and HTML5 are not even supported in the HDRP, so why are they still visible in the quality settings etc?
    I think this should be removed for clarity.
