Remote Setting not working (16/04/2020)

    Hi, Unity

    Today remote setting not working properly. RemoteSettings.HasKey just returned false and have not event RemoteSettings.Updated.

    Remote setting not working properly. In editor and release versions, all my users can not get variable on remote setting.
    I check in editor with wifi and 4G but RemoteSettings.HasKey just returned false and have not event RemoteSettings.Updated. But in bar Window/Unity Analystics/Remote Settings the all variables still exist.

    Are you using Remote Settings or Remote Config?

    Yes, they are two different products, and we recommend using Remote Config because Remote Settings will be deprecated in 2021.

    I just tested Remote Settings, it seems that there is indeed a problem, we will investigate the cause of the problem.

    Hi! We also get this problem with Remote Settings in our games right now. There's no answer from UnityRemoteSettings server. Is there any issue with service? When would it be repaired?

    Hi! Same here, RemoteSettings down for longer than 4 hours now. Cannot understand why this issue keeps happening once and again. We are aware of RemoteConfig, but we cannot use it because of required .NET version, thus we are moving to other sevice. However, it would be good if RemoteSettings could be more reliable than it has been until now while it lasts.

    Same here. Subscribing to get notified when the Remote Settings is fixed. We rely heavily on it. Will switch to Remote Config gradually too (I didn't know Remote Settings will be dropped).
