Remote Control without Samsung TV

Hi all,

I would like to know if I can use a remote controller like (Air Remote – Small clickable touchpad with gyro and arrow buttons):

together with a windows pc. The Documentation is together with the samsung tv. Is it possible to control a Unity App without the tv only with cable or bluetooth connection to a windows system?
